For cancellation or date change 7 days prior to check in date, no cancellation or date change charges. For cancellation or date change within 7 days of check in date, if cancelled after7 days 100% cancellation charge. KeyTerns charges 5% on all refunds and will refund within 7 days from the date of cancellation.
