High Level Itinerary

Itinerary: 

Day 1:   Bangkok

• Transfers from Bangkok 

  • You will be arriving in Bangkok. The Trip Curator will greet and meet you at the airport along with other participants. He will take you to the Hotel. 

  • For those who arrive in Bangkok at a different time, Chauffeur will assemble and take you to the Hotel. Our Trip Curator will meet and greet you at the hotel.

  • We will help you with a smooth Hotel check in. 

• By 2 PM, we will start with the Bangkok City Trip covering Grand Palace, Marble Temple and the Bangkok Palace or Wat Arun . 

• Dinner at Indian Restaurant and Overnight at the Bangkok Hotel 

Day 2 Bangkok-Coral Island (Koh Larn)-Bangkok

• This morning after breakfast at the hotel. You will be taken to Pattaya via coach (2 to 3 Hrs Drive one way). Take a break from Pattaya’s crowds while exploring the white sand beaches of Coral Island (Koh Larn). This tour makes it easy to venture off to the nearby island via speed boat (45 mins ride one way). You will also have an Indian lunch included with this tour. Optionally at extra cost, you can do snorkeling, parasailing, jet-skiing, banana boating, and sea walking.

• In the evening, enjoy the Alcazar Show, “Alcazar" is globally famous with the reputation of the best transvestite dance show in Thailand. 

• Dinner at Indian Restaurant and Overnight stay in Bangkok

Day 3 Bangkok

• Today after breakfast, we will take you to a Fashion Design Institute / College to learn more on how they do differently. After lunch, we will see the Gem market (subject to time availability), train track market and experience the Museum of contemporary art Floating market. In the evening, we will do the Dinner Cruise at the Chao Phraya river. Overnight at the Bangkok hotel.

Day 4 - 28 Jun 2024, GFT 2024, BITEK, Bangkok​

• In the morning after breakfast, your coach will take you to the BITEK center for the GFT 2024 event (Garment, Footwear, and Travel Goods - GFT). After the event, you can do Shopping, and Food walk optionally. 

• Later, we will take you for dinner at the Indian Restaurant and overnight stay at the Bangkok hotel

Day 5 - Day 5, Sat 29 Jun 2024 - THAILAND FASHION WEEK Gen Next, Bangkok, 

This morning after breakfast, your coach will take you to the Thailand Fashion Week Gen Next Event. After the event, you can do Shopping, and Food walk optionally. We will take you for dinner at the Indian Restaurant and overnight stay at the Bangkok hotel.

Day 6, Sun 30 Jun 2024 - THAILAND FASHION WEEK Gen Next, Bangkok

This morning after breakfast, your coach will take you to the Thailand Fashion Week Gen Next Event. After the event, you can do Shopping, and Food walk optionally. We will take you for dinner at the Indian Restaurant and overnight stay at the Bangkok hotel.

Day 7, Mon 01 Jul 2024 - After breakfast, transfer to the Bangkok Airport for your departure from Thailand

• Step 3 - Pay 100% (balance) by 30th May 2024.

• Booking closes by 10th June 2024.

• Payment Guidelines

  • Pay by Bank Transfer (will be given upon inquiry)

  • Pay thru Payment Gateway for Credit Card, Easy EMI, etc.(will be given upon inquiry)

  • Pay in easy EMI - 3 to 12 months Tenure, Zero down payment, 0% interest for 3 months tenure拾, processing charges as applicable (Travel Loan Operator will approach you upon inquiry)

• Cancellation Policy 

  • Flights as per Airlines policy

  • Package -  95% refundable upto 24th May 2024 and 100% non-refundable after 24th May 2024. 

• Refund Terms - KeyTerns charges 5% for all refunds and the refund will be given within 15 days from the date of cancellation.

• All students should plan in such a way to arrive in Bangkok by 12 noon

• We will fill up Fashion Show entrance tickets form (Form details) and GFT Registration form.later.

• Optional Activities and Excursions: 

  • Phuket or Pattaya (Tarzan Adventure Pattaya) or any other island trip can be arranged at extra cost

  • Carnival Magic Show (only on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday) can be arranged at extra cost

• Submit the photocopy of the following documents and carry while traveling

  • Passport - Minimum validity of 6 months from the date of travel to Thailand.

  • PAN Card - If PAN # is not available, apply and get it. You can claim TCS refund by filing Income Tax Return. Refer to TCS section for more details on TCS.

  • On Arrival Visa requirements. 

    • Original passport or travel document with validity not less than 6 months of the day of your departure from Thailand

    • 1 Photograph (4 x 6 cm.) taken no longer than 6 months

    • Bank statement showing balance of Rs.25000 per person 

  • If you want to use Stamped Visa, you can do in India before the trip instead of on Arrival.

• Currency exchange information - calculated at Rs.84.5 per USD. If there is significant difference in exchange fluctuation, the difference will have to be paid. 

• Special Events or Festivals: Given in Itinerary. 

• Tax Collection at Source - TCS will be deducted as applicable, paid to the Income Tax Department and the certificate will be given. The Customer can adjust the TCS while submitting Income Tax Returns. PAN copy will be required. Please refer to the Finance department press release on TCS to be deducted on foreign travel . Extract is given below. 

  • Travel dates after 1st Oct 2023 - For purchase of overseas tour program package under Clause (ii) of Sub-section (1G), the TCS shall continue to apply at the rate of 5% for the first Rs 7 lakhs per individual per annum; the 20% rate will only apply for expenditure above this limit.

  • Flight or credit payment on travel expenses during the travel are not covered as part of TCS. 

• Points to note

  • Itinerary cannot be changed during the trip. Change in itinerary before the trip may impact trip cost. 

  • KeyTerns / our local partner designs and facilitates the trip based on the general availability of attractions and activities based on our best efforts. The Customer should inform us if they have any special requirements like attending an event or activity or attraction. So that KeyTerns / our local Partner can validate and confirm availability / book in advance. 

  • If any attractions and activities in the itinerary are not available, KeyTerns / our local Partner would provide alternate attractions and activities
