What is included in the tour

  • To and fro transfers between Bhuj (Airport/Railway Station) and The Tent City, Dhordo, in A.C. Coaches on SIC basis. 

  • Complimentary refreshments will be served en route The Tent City, Dhordo in the bus.

  • Package includes Lunch, HighTea & Dinner on 1st Day, Morning Tea, Breakfast, Lunch, Refreshment & Dinner on 2nd Day and Morning Tea & Breakfast on 3rd Day. The meals will be served as per the scheduled time in respective dining areas and missed meals will not be refunded or extended on 3rd Day.

  • Accommodation in Tent is on twin sharing basis.

  • Two bottles of drinking water per day per tent will be provided.

What is NOT included in the tour

  • Transport charges to and fro from Ahmedabad

DAY 1

Check-in time: 12:30 PM

Transfers from Bhuj to The Tent City, Dhordo on fixed timings:

08:15 AM From Railway Station, Bhuj
10:00 AM From Railway Station, Bhuj and Airport, Bhuj
01:30 PM From Railway Station, Bhuj
03:30 PM From Airport, Bhuj

Above timings are for fixed departures and subject to change
No Complimentary transfers will be available after above timings.
Individual transfer is available on request (chargeable).

Allotment of tent to guests arriving before check-in time will be subject to availability.


Distance from Bhuj to The Tent City, Dhordo is approx. 85 kilometre, which takes about 1 hr 45 minutes.

12:30 PM to 02:30 PM Lunch at respective Dining Area
02:30 PM to 04:00 PM Enjoy in-house activities
04:00 PM to 05:00 PM High Tea
05:00 PM to 05:30 PM Transfer to The White Rann to witness the grandeur of sunset. Mode of transfer can be through Bus/Camel Cart/both.
07:00 PM to 07:30 PM Return transfer to The Tent City, Dhordo
07:30 PM to 10:30 PM Dinner at respective Dining Area
09:00 PM to 10:30 PM Enjoy the culture of Kutch along with entertaining activities at Cultural Activity Area

 

DAY 2

Shri Swaminarayan Temple

(Approx. time 20 min)
Made of marble, intricate carvings adorn the pillars and ceiling of the most expensive temple built in the state of Gujarat recently.

Kutch Museum

(Approx. time 30 min)
A visit to the Kutch Museum, to learn about the history of tribal and folk tradition of the district, will help you get to know about present-day people and their lives. Remember that visiting a museum is a great way to learn about history.
(Kutch museum remains closed on Wednesday, 2nd – 4th Saturday and Public Holiday).

Bhujodi (Hira Laxmi Craft Park)

(Approx. time 40 min)
Handicraft Village: Hiralaxmi Craft Park – A vision to preserve, restore and promote the art and craft of Kutch and making them accessible to the public.The Handicraft Village is where live artisans can be seen working.
The cost of entry (if any) will be borne by the guest. 

In case guests have to reach Railway Station / Airport / Bus Stand earlier for their onward journey, they will have to arrange it on their own. Timings of any such departure should be notified at the reception at the time of check-in.
(Bhujodi will remain closed on Monday).

 

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • 100 % Refund if cancelled before 30 days prior to schedule arrival.
  • 70% refund, if cancelled more than 15 days prior to scheduled arrival (but less than 30 days).
  • No refund, if cancelled less than 15 days prior to scheduled arrival.
  • In case of any date change Rs.1500/Person + 18% GST (Rate difference shall be levied) will be charged.
  • Name Change shall be treated as cancellation only.
